Our assembly and machine assembly division offers professional assembly services on a contract and order-based manufacturing basis. We handle the assembly of semi-finished and finished products as well as series production in the field of industrial and mechanized manual assembly.
We go a step further: Upon request, we assemble several of your supplied individual parts into complete assemblies and functional systems. Our assembly teams work precisely according to your specifications and work instructions – based on defined cycle times (REFA/MTM). Processes such as Kanban, Poka-Yoke, and Lean Production principles are among our established standards. Our goal is clear: 100% quality – a zero-defect strategy.
